  • The product is missing its original packaging, price tags, labels, or accessories (if any).

  • Our policy does not cover damages caused by neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application.

Shipping Charges:

  • For returns or replacements due to fulfillment errors or damaged products, Jeanofume, will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other cases, the customer will bear the shipping charges.

Order Cancellation Policy

Processing of Approved Returns/Replacements:

  • If your request is approved, the return/replacement will be processed only after the original item is received and verified by us.

  • For approved refunds, the order amount (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.
